hello everyone, just wanted to see if anyone here has applied for a Master's program here in Canada after receiving a Bachelor's degree in Russia. my main concern is obtaining transcripts. do Russian universities issue transcripts in sealed envelopes as described on Canadian universities' websites? any advice will be highly appreciated.
