I was charged 12500 by agent mentioning MKU charges extra for international courier. But it is sad after spending this money my degree has gone for revaluation from WES and no one can help.

I recently sent out my papers requesting MKU to send my transcripts to WES. How long do they typically take to send the transcripts to WES? Is there a way to call MKU and check the status? (I tried email and phone numbers from the website - nothing works/ no response)
I am currently in US and can't go to MKU in person. If any of you have suggestions on who to contact, that will be of great help.
BTW.. whats this re-valuation from WES all about?? what does WES want confirmation on from MKU?
