Tracking PNP August 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

hi everyone! im worried because until now i have'nt reveceive confirmation # from nova scotia. anyone can help me. they received my application last august 7 but until now no news. thank you vary much....

There is nothing to worry about yet, the last time i hear from someone is that they are working on August 1st applicant since last week. i also applied on 7th August, hopefully by next week we should receive our AOR/MR.

Hi!!!where did you find that number?I tried to call, but there is an answering machine informing that if you are calling for an application you must contact the call center Did you call that number before?
I'm going to try tthe call center again,but I'm feeling that my application is going to be rejected because of the payment.I called visa and they told me that they can collect the fees until 10 of october,but looking to other post its seems that august application are going to be processing at the end of october or november...also the payment...

Yes I called the number before, I got a voice mail too! I found this number online through research! CIO received my application on July 31st and based on the latest information I got, they charged my credit card recently, so give it around 2 months from the date they receive your application! Give the call center a try! Keep trying calling them, I usually call 10-12 times before it puts on the long waiting list! So keep trying and ask them what can you do in terms of your payment, I hope they give a way out of it

Hi Friends,
I got my SINP (PNP) and applied for PR to CIO Sydney and they received my file on 1st aug 2012 and on 26 sept 2012 i got my file back with a letter stating that "The information provided on Form 5620 is incomplete. Please complete highlighted sections." Actually the problem is in form 5620 i sent my credit card detail and my cvv number was 0## but that form has not accepted "0" so they got only last two digit of cvv number inplace of three. So unfortunately when they tried to cut fees from my credit card it didn't work so they sent file back.
Now I am confused that whether i have to refill the same form(5620) and need to send it back with old forms which they sent me back or I have to fill all forms again and need to send a complete new application because i saw that all of my forms are checked and they are good.
Please reply I am very much confused and depressed. Thanks in advance.

Oh man! Sorry to hear that! You absolutely don't need to refill the forms, all you gotta do is correct what they told you to correct and send the application package back to them!

Are you in Canada or USA, because according to some people's timeline you suppose to have got your money encashed since they are now working on August applicant.

I live in Canada. I hope that they encashed my money order by now.
It won't be too long for us to receive our AOR's.

Next week is probably full of AOR's...lol

Hi!!!When I resent my file back I'd just added the information that they required.I believe you dont need to fill all the forms again...As another member said you should fill that form by hand...
