You are lucky.I sent my photos in the first week of April to London IRCC and I haven't got any update.
Yesterday we got email about some update for pr card. And when we logged in saw just my husband's (principal applicant) application was approved and mailed. But my application is just submitted(saw a ghost update when logged in). Why mine not approved with his one as we sent in the same envelope! Just wondering is it normal?
And how do you guys link your new PR application to the IRCC account? I tried a couple of times and it keeps saying no application found!

It happened to me as well. but i think it is pretty normal. My son card status is showing submitted.
Al Hamdulillah got my PR Card in the mail today.
Timeline:
Photos and COPR sent: 28th Jan 2021 to Winnipeg Office
Photos and COPR delivered: 2nd Feb 2021
1st GU: 28th April 2021
2nd GU: 1st May 2021 (Got an email. When I got GU and checked full application status it said Final decision made and PR card approved and mailed.)
PR Card received: 06th May 2021.

Anyone knows how long is Ottawa taking? I mailed my photos end of March, no GU yet.
I think you should raise a webform or mail it. Did you got any confirmation if the fax was actually received? And I mean received as any email or fax report that it has been delivered?
