hi guys, I got copr on 13 July. In my IRCC account, the PR card status changed from submitted to updated/etc yesterday, and it changed back to submitted today, can anyone tell me what this means? I clicked the link and it shows nothing.

Hello,
That means they opened your package, did their paperwork and uploaded your picture. In 3-4 days you’ll see that your application is approved and they’ll send your PR card.
I saw ghost update last Thursday and today they shipped my PR card.

I rang IRCC today to get a status update on my pr card and ask about it. Guy was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only details I could get is its 128 day wait for pr card.

PR card sent by IRCC: Today

Didn’t panicked, didn’t wrote 500 webforms, didn’t called IRCC agents and bothered them. Patiently waited. They’re doing their best.

Timeline of the PR card as of today:
landed - June 17th, Montreal; outland
GU on - Aug 13 th
PR Cards approved and shipped: Aug 19th

Finally got our OHIP status update done and received our new SIN numbers in the mail after applying online.
Now just the long wait for the PR cards

When I called IRCC ~4 weeks ago, the agent mentioned most / all PR cards are printed at the Sydney CPC office. submitted on June 4th to the Etobicoke location and was told that my application is in Sydney Nova Scotia, no updates since June 4th.

So why are we asked to submit to places like Montreal etc when it gets printed somewhere else?

Hi All,
Need any helpful info/ insights on my situation. Below is our timeline.
-COPR approved - Jan 15 2020
-Landed in Toronto - June 25 2020
-Applied (i.e linked the principal applicant’s PR application to the CIC profile) for PR card - June 27 2020. The status is submitted. No Ghost update or any other messages or emails.
- Still not able to link the PR application for dependent applicant.
-Applied for SIN (both principal and dependent) - July 10 2020
-Received SIN of principal - July 21 2020
- Called Service Canada from USA to ask about dependent’s SIN on Aug 14 2020 and they told there was some problem with his application so we need to wait and the file is yet to be opened.

For the PR card and SIN, I have given my friend’s address and I have even received my SIN. Now, since their lease has expired they have moved to a new place and I am looking at the process to change the address for PR card and SIN (dependent) I am trying to update the address in the below link
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do but whenever I give my UCI or application number it says not able to identify a file.
1) Has anyone done this process through the link or through web form ?
2) Was it successful?
3) Do we get any notification about the address change ?
4) Does this change of address apply for SIN as well? Or is it just for the PR card ?

Nova Scotia VO, assuming the place COPR is processed is same as the PR card.
