jeez...i cannot link my application, dont know...have tried all the options and apparently the system doesn't like my uci number at all...maybe it is just not in the system yet..did landing on april 13, 2019
I couldn't do it either. The problem is with place of birth, they have some extra space or whitespace character in my place of birth. I can see it on my COPR but I cannot type it in the 'link application' page. I did receive my card pretty quickly though. They have sped up the process, so don't worry about it.

Landed on 10 April 2019. Today I've an "application updated" on my account. Is this a ghost update? Does this mean it's verified and I should expect to receive my cards soon?

Most probably yes. Wow this is fast. They were issuing cards within 15 days in recent times but yours is less than 10 days!! Congrats!

Landed: March 18
Photo request: March 31
Photos sent: April 10
Received by CIC (as per the carrier update): April 12
Ghost update for both me and husband: April 18
Husband's PR card update: April 19 his PR card approved

My PR card status still says 'submitted'. I know people have faced this before. What happened later, guys? How long did it take to get the PR card approved/issued?

Any help/assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone,
Since y'all have already completed your landing, I have a query.
My final destination is going to be edmonton when i land. But my first entry in canada will be in calgary - as per the the flight route. The layover period in calgary is around 1hr 15min.
So I wanted to know if the immigration procedures i.e landing formalities will be done in calgary as it's the first port of landing, or in edmonton - the final destination.
And if it will be done in calgary do u guys suggest 1hr 15mins is enough time to complete the immigration procedure or should I look for a flight with a longer layover period?

I suggest to get a longer layover period flight as it might take 15 mins to 2 hours depends on the lineups and the gate closes 15 mins prior to the departure of your next flight.
