I know this has been talked about before but is there any updates from people who forgot to write down their names and date of birth when re-submitting photos?

Did your photos get accepted?

Please let me know. I re-submitted my photos on the 23rd of April. Studio stamp with address and date are present, just forgot my name and date of birth.

Hi @AliChraim

You should be ok if you even sent in the accompanying letter from CIC, it has all your information and barcodes

Thanks for your reply!

I have included the letter in the same envelope.

Were you in a similar situation?

Talked to a CIC representative just now and he said they are processing photos received on April 10th applications currently.

I spoke to an agent yesterday who told me April 10th is processing. On the other hand I've just got a reply to my CSE stating that April 9th is processing. My photo was delivered on 10th. I'm so confused.

I spoke to an agent yesterday too and they said April 9th, and I got a CSE reply today saying they're on April 10 hahahaha what the hell is going on there.

I need to travel back to my home country, I landed on March 10th, photo requested on April 25th and arrived at NS on April 30th. When should I plan my trip? Will I receive my PR card by the end of May?
you can plan and shop for whatever you need, but dont buy any tickets. this is what i am doing now, will book ticket the moment i got my pr card

Landed on the 26th March 2018 (Toronto), with my wife and 2 children. My wife received an email a few days ago requesting for new photographs, which i couriered off to the Card Processing Center in NS today. Not sure what the reason for rejection of the photograph was, as the PR cards for my son and I were approved today, and we had all photographs taken with the same studio who were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. It could be that the Photograph was damaged in the process.

My worry is that my daughter's application has still not been approved and shows as 'submitted', and I have not received an email on whether I need to resubmit photographs for her PR card.

Has anyone faced a similar issue as well?

I landed on April 12. If my calculation is right, I probably buy a ticket around July ( which will be from the second week of July, starts from 8th). It is safe to order a ticket at that time. The most difficult thing is I don't know whether IRCC requires a photo or not.

Not safe. Log in and read my signature!

Never trust those guys in CIC, they can finish your case faster, also they can put you on hold

Is it normal for the primary applicant to have their PR card approved first? We landed March 24th, and mine was approved yesterday but my husband and son still says submitted... we haven’t received any emails for anything.
