I called to CIC today. The agent said, it's in processing. She gave application number..,,i forgot to ask her about any photo request. Anyways, she did not say about any photo request....Just told me that it's in processing.

I tried many times to link the application but, still I am not able to link it ... even with application number. I dont know what is the problem?

Well I landed on Nov 17th its too early for me to say anything.

I had landed on Oct 2nd and had submitted address change (faxed it) . My application is still showing "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed".
I had to return back to my home country after landing. Now I find it difficult to get through this number from out of canada. +1 888-242-2100.

This number works only in Canada. You can send a Case Specific Enquiry, if your PR card is not approved in 61 days after landing (in your case you cannot do that yet, because you application is still within the processing time 61 days).
