FINALLY got the pr card after 9 MONTHS of waiting photo resubmitted twice... one on February and another on june. if ur time has passed better to call CIC

Got my PR card today (Finally). Had resubmitted photos on April 18, reached CPC Sydney on April 21.

Do you know when they asked you for photo re submission?

I am living in the US and became PR of Canada last month as my wife is Canadian citizen.

My sister applied for express entry and waiting for her ITA.
Does she get CRS points because of me?

I am not moving to Canada in next 6 months.

That's a very very good question. At least IRCC should mention the issues they find in the photos that require resubmissions, so one can know better what's going on and make sure the photos are compliant. There are people who followed the exact guidelines and still got photo resub request, Unless they do this on purpose to gain time, which will be a really terrible way of operating.

Someone said in one of the threads that they called CIC and the agent said that one of the card printing machines was messed up or the had ordered a new one, that's why they had to request new photos but so many people but of course, most things that the CIC agents tell you must be taken with a grain of salt.

I couldn't agree more. I am only hoping to get my wife's PR before July 22nd (resubmitted photos received: Apr 25th). Otherwise I have to delay my plans as travel document from my home country takes like 11 weeks! :'( :'(

I hear you..i've had to do that already and I've been really stressed out from work. Just need a break so pushing off my vacation hurts...

Most april people have waited at least 60 days...

90 days post photo resubmission for child. Still waiting. Called IRCC (again) today. Agent was a kind one. She confirmed they have child's pictures and said she would sent a note to Syndey office to investigate.
