I was successfully able to link mine and my wife's PR card application to my GC Key account but was unsuccessful to link my son's application. Is it because the Place of Birth in my son's COPR was blank and therefore the immigration officer did not put anything in that field for him while he filled in the PR application thus the database not being able to find my son's application?

I filled the Place of Birth section for my son exactly how its mentioned in the passport with comma included but still the system says "no application found". Would appreciate any guidance on this. Thanks.
Not all applications can be linked. CIC is working on this problem.

Anybody landed in end of march or April got their PR CARD??
I landed on April 1 and haven't got an update yet. I think they're working on March 20-25 applicants so I'm guessing we're next.

April 3 applicant just checked CIC website, still showing "submitted".

Based on current schedule, we should get "approved" within 2 weeks, and receive PR card within 3 weeks.

Man,
I have landed on Feb 10, 2018 in YYC. Have not heard a single thing from them (i.e. photo request etc.). Called few times to the call centre, they kept saying their card production is back logged and will take 2-3 more weeks from now! After attempting 50 times over last couple months, I was able to link my application last Monday, says application in progress. Today is the 75 th day of my landing whereas the regular processing time is 57 days. So frustrating.... :/
I'm in the same boat. Landed Feb 23rd, no card as yet. Called them, emailed them the response is all the same. There is an odd delay and the call centre does not seem to be aware of this, their email response says everything is in order. I'm not sure what to do at this time, can I place an appeal with my local MP on this? Does anyone know?

Well I got photo request. So I am hoping to get approved before 2020 and receive my card by 2023 before my PR expires.
Based on what they did and who they are, your expecation could happen to any of us

You are right, but let's be optimistic and hope that we get our cards before our PR expires in 5 years.
Anyways I don't really care much about the card as I am not travelling any time soon. For ppl planning trips should look at other travel document option.

Hey!
What you said, I have gone through all and surprised to hear the same. I am guessing, as the situations are quite same, it is good on the other hand too. After contacting a lot in their call center, I received a photo submit request on May 3 and it was received by them on May 7. I called on Friday and they said they are working on the pictures received on Apr 10. Thus, call center agent said they did not probably even opened my envelope yet! I think there is no other way other than waiting. My PR application got approved within 18 days and today is 93rd day, what an irony. Keep me posted if you have any other update.
Thanks!

I landed on April 1st too> No update yet on CIC account. Is there a separate account for PR card application?
you have to link your pr card application to your CIC account
