I landed 17th Nov. at Toronto. We are exactly in same situation. Please do update guys who landed in Nov. that helps a lot for others to track their timeline.

I would recommend you put up your documents for PRTD and also attach a letter stating that you had to come back to dispose of your personal assets before your could finally settle in Canada, once and for all. This is a valid and genuine reason in your case.

Great idea. Would they require proof of this disposal of assets? Furniture ? Bank transfers ? Property sale? Coming back to complete a work contract is genuine case though. However my application just went to ‘under review today’.
If anyone can provide feedback on further timeline from ‘under review’..

Landed on 13-11-2017. Went under documents is under review today. How mc longer do you think? I’m at 52 days now.

I red lots of posts where it's mentioned that the Pr cards are dispatched from Ottawa ! But I'm not sure about that, that's why I posted my question

The card is printed and dispatched from the Canadian Bank Note Company's Ottawa Printing facility, not the CPC Sydney in Nova Scotia. You should confirm with CIC what address it was sent to and then contact Canada Post. If all fails, you'll have to wait for 6 weeks (from Aug 28) before CIC will begin processing a new card for you.

I landed OCT 9th 2017, Request for new pics Dec 2nd, I send one set, next day but forgot to sign at the back ... send new one around 12dec. I was trying to link my account to PR application, no luck...
I have a trip booked to Europe in mid Jan so I called IRCC today to get an idea how long is processing time... According to agent, the are working on photos received Nov3rd.
I also asked to help me to link application and he said that it is impossible for the first time pr card... where do you guys check that pr card application was approved?

Landed with spouse on 31st August, 2017 at Toronto Pearson Airport.
Photo resubmission request email on 30th October, 2017
Photos resubmitted on Nov 03, 2017.
Photos received by CIC on Nov 06, 2017 (as pre receiving shown on FEDEX website)
Application status on CIC website -- "Submitted".
There is no change in status from day 1 of the application (from 31st August 2017) ; ie. it still shows "the additional documents submitted by you is being reviewed".
I don't know what they are reviewing...!!!!

Probably someone replied already, but I just called them today, they are working on Nov 3, so your turn is soon!
I wish you get your card asap
