Tr to Pr pathways.. how to reapply ?

I am withdrawing my Tr to Pr application as my mandatory document is missing. I sent a web form for withdraw my application and requested a refund. But how can I reapply?

You can reapply just like the first time you did. No difference. Did you receive your refund? Better wait until you get your refund to reapply as refund means they acknowledge your withdrawal.
But Im not sure how all the re-application gonna be treated under this policy, either it will be accepted or not. You can surely try and test your luck, Good luck.

I haven't received my refund yet. When I sign in to the website it indicates “ your application has been submitted “. There are no other options to reapply. Do I create another account?

As I said, wait until your withdrawal is acknowledged. If you reapply while your first application is still active, the new one gonna be ignored.
