Yes ofcourse you can. I have total 3 applications going on... CEC,PNP and now this.

How to remove IRCC emails from spam folder... I got my application submitted email there. Any idea? I get 100s of spam in a day I dnt wNt to miss my AOR!!

Open IRCC mail and there is option on top right that not to spam then you will see this mail on your inbox.
Delete time to time all spam emails

I think u should be ok. please check your NOC code as it is required on the forms. If it falls under eligible NOC for healthcare, then you can go ahead and apply.
