I want to ask which to submit because i recieved the hardcopy in an envelope and its extremely folded so i scanned it but for some reason its a little bit hazzy so am not sure if that will be an issue,thanks
 
I believe you are supposed to upload the Deg Certificate and just mention the WES report #

As far as i know some applicants got rejections for not uploading the eca eventhough its not asked for

Ok but what if the wes logo isnt very clear for some reason its not that clear i think because of the folds in the letter itself
 
I used the soft copy for both me and my spouse because my hard copy never reached me. I have already got PPR.

Only difference between hardcopy and PDF is.... PDF doesn't include WES stamp on it.
For this very reason, we have decided to scan and upload the hardcopy... In case if you can scan in higher resolution so that content of the report are legible... you're good.
Most important info on the report is ECA#, ensure it legible....

I tried scanning it at 1200dpi but still its the same,dunno if scanning it using a diff scanner will make any difference but will try
