To qualify under FSW, Cat 1

I am little bit confused please suggest. Do I need to have 1 year full time piad job experience in past ten years among 38 list to qualify for FSW under category 1, or must have 1 year full time job with current employer???

Actually I have been working with my current employer for last 9 months as an Accountant NOC # 1111 whereas I already have 2.3 years experience under same NOC in past ten years. So, am I qualify to apply at this stage or would I have to wait unless I complete my one year with current employer.

anytime during the past 10 years is fine.

just that the 1 year experience needs to be continuous...

You qualify to apply because the experience needs to have occurred during last 10 years which you have. Good luck.

when u say 'graduate accountant' wont qualify wht do u mean?
I am an ACCA (Association of charteredcertified accountant) in UK. do u kno if I will qualify

I have MBA in Finance, although this is not mandatory to qualify under NOC 1111 you need to have CA or Master's degree. JDs of NOC 1111 must be reflecting with your JDs that is enough to qualify. This is what I understand.

You didn't understand what I meant. CA or Master degree is not necessary to qualify for NOC 1111.
