which country he has got addmission in engineering institute? It is Canada? if not, does your son has student visa to that particular country? as far as I know countries like Australia/NZ/Canada/UK/US (the country in question you apply from is INDIA) takes anywhere between 3-4 weeks to issue...

Thanks Leon. My husband has over 8 years of experience in marketing so if he gets an AEO for a job of Office Administrator/Manager - will it work for him? If so, what should be the minimum monthly pay our employer has to offer us so HRSDC approve the AEO. Any idea? Await your reply.

@ Sunafi - try Alberta which is better option for you. Don't loose hope you can still move to Canada.

new2canada is absolutely right....you don't need a Phd to be a professor at University, atleast not in India/Bangladesh/Nepal and other Sotuh Asian countries so you will be fine. Good luck.

I don't know how to answer this question of yours but I would suggest you to look up for a job on various employment sites on internet because Canada needs lots of IT professionals and if you posses one of those remarkable IT skills then you have a chance to find an employer.
