Tips for a successful BOWP application

I am applying for my BOWP and SOWP at the same time.
I am applying both of these online.

It is showing both under only one application in online portal.
I need to upload two IMM5710E forms one for my BOWP and one for my SOWP.
I know that I cannot sign the forms since it is an online application.

I can use my electronic signature at the end for my form.
but how to sign IMM5710E form of my wife?. does it need her signature?

Please help.

after the questionnaire it gives you opttion to attach documents for you, and then your wife. No signature is required on IMM5710E . However you need to attach scanned copy of IMM5713E (Family member representative) form with wifes signature on it.

section B wife signature
section C my signature

Question on Spouse open work permit, which i am applying along with my BOWP.

I got married in March-2015, and applied for visitor visa for wife in india after marriage.
My wife is on visitor visa in Canada now. She doesn't have a visitor record.
In spouse IMM5710E form, COMING to CANADA section (question 4)
Can i leave the Document Number as blank?

Can i give the same email id in both the IMM5710 forms?

Thats odd. Mine was the same case, however there was an upload button available when i opened my wifes submitted application online.

i am October 2014 applicant and have received my AOR in Feb 2015 . i am applying for mine and my wife's BOWP in few days . do i have to submit two different applications or will it be in one application also do i need to send one pdf file for all documents or they have to be separate ? Thank you

Seperate applications, but you submit and pay at the same time.
You need to answer the questionnaire and when it asks if you want to submit application for family member you click yes and continue.
At the end of the questionnaire you will get the list of documents required and option to attach each of those documents, photo (photo only for yourself, wont ask photo for wife).
If you want to submit any documents/explanation letter other than those listed then there is a option to upload Explanation/additional docs. Here you attach a single doc or pdf file ( merge all additional docs/letters etc into a single file)

That is required for all applicants who need a Work Permit. So yes, you need to fill it for your wife too.
Also you (main applicant logged into myCic website) need one IMM5713E form [Use of Family Member Representative for online appln] signed by you mentioning your spouse's name and signature, since you are representing your wife for the online application.

after uploading all my documents it does not give me an option to continue(just exit questionnaire) so confused man.

There is few questions on extending my BWOP. I am CEC 2014 applicant. My timeline on leftside :-

1. Have you had a medical exam performed by a CIC authorized panel physician (doctor) within the last 12 months? -- I have given my medicals in feb 2015. Should I give yes? and upload the receipt ?

2. very first question what you want to do in canada--> temporary work more than 6 months.

Please advise
