Hi all, do you need to include payment receipt if you apply online? Thank you for you response!

No, payment is a step in the online application process which you arrive at only after uploading all documents and proceeding.
So you basically pay after uploading documents.

I have a question guys. I applied under CEC and now I am working for a different employer. For BOWP what should I answer for this ques
1. I am applying for one or more of the following:
a. A work permit with the same employer b. an initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer

c. restoration of your status as a worker d. temporary resident permit

For BOWP current employment doesnt matter, you can select a or b, but i selected b as i wanted to be sure the Work Permit isn't bound to my employer.
You dont need to provide employer details or LMIA/LMO so just select -

b. an initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer

-- assuming your current wp hasnt expired---

Thank you. No, my WP is expiring next month :)

Any Idea what the remark 'APR Pending' means in a Bridging WP. I know its something to do with PR application but i wanted to know the full form of APR....i am guessing 'Application Permanent Residence' Pending...just wanted to confirm

The reasons it's on there is to allow for the continuation of your Canadian health care coverage. I can't find a actual definition, but I suspect yours is pretty much spot on.

In all cases, the officer must input visible remarks on the WP, “APR Pending”. This remark, in addition to the Case Type code will ensure eligibility for continued health care coverage by the province or territory.

Does anybody know that can health insurance in Quebec (RAMQ) be renewed with BOWP? I just recently saw some posts that they require CSQ to renew. Because I applied through CEC stream, I don't have CSQ.

Can anyone with similar experience confirm this? Thanks

Does one of the following apply to you?
I am subject of a removal order that is unenforceable
I applied for a study or work permit before entering Canada which was approved, but not issued at a port of entry; or
I am a primary or secondary student with visitor status in Canada; or
I am a visiting or exchange student with visitor status in Canada; or
I am a student who has completed a program of study that is a prerequisite to my enrolment at a designated learning institution with visitor status in Canada; or
I applied for permanent residence to an office in-Canada and was determined to be eligible for permanent resident status (first stage approval).

WHAT SHOULD I ANSWER FOR THIS QUESTION??
YES OR NO?

anyone applied to extend BOWP? and has been approved? a frnd of mine applied for CEC still waiting for PR and her current bowp expires in 6 monhts, she is wondering if she can apply to extend bowp

Yes she can apply, usual rules apply - i.e.; 4 months, PR AOR received, in Canada, etc

Clearly we don't know your situation. Presumably you have applied for Permanent Residence and have received your AOR. If so, answer yes.

I am applying for my BOWP and SOWP at the same time.
I am applying both of these online.

It is showing both under only one application in online portal.
I need to upload two IMM5710E forms one for my BOWP and one for my SOWP.
I know that I cannot sign the forms since it is an online application.

I can use my electronic signature at the end for my form.
but how to sign IMM5710E form of my wife?. does it need her signature?

Please help.

fee for my application is (2*155)+(2*100)= $ 510
