Yes my 2012 income also met the LICO requirement. No i submitted 2012, 2013 and 2014 only since when the application was prepared i had no idea on 2015. So they are now accessing Option C for these 3 years. From online CRA website i can only get for 2015, 2014 and 2013 so i called them to provide me the 2012 Option C.

Hi, could you please share the customer care phone no where one can call and request for the Option C assesment for historical years like 2012 which is not available online?

You can do it online and that is the fastest way just make sure about MB sizing so they can be uploaded.

Your father is applicant and you are sponsor or representative.

Just an update received medical and police clearance plus other additional documents from Hong Kong visa office today. My parents are currently here they stayed over 6 months do we need to obtain PCc for both Canada and China ? Where to obtain these? Thanks

Since they stayed more than 6 months in Canada, they would need a PCC from Canada also. Visit the CIC link below to view the process to obtain PCC by country.

I got medical examination request last week.

For parents they need relationship between parents and sponsor but if there are any dependents who are accompanying parents then they need education / birth documents.

"educational documents for your accompanying dependant(s) 22 years of age and above at the time of sponsorship"

Good thing I kept a copy of all documents submitted in January.

@ Naveen - for proof of relationship to sponsor - I am thinking of sending my birth certificate and a certified copy of my old passport, they have asked 2 documents so these 2 will suffice.

Take precription of asthma and bp to doctor. If under control then should be no issue
