You can't predict. You can be scheduled at any time.

After 48 months, just got decision made yesterday. Scarborough. How long does it take for cermony letter? Do they send it via email? Can I do oath outside Canada?

It is impossible to know the reason for the processing time. I only include my experience as I took the test abroad. My presence calculation is absolutely correct and had a buffer of a few weeks, too. I have no criminal history, not even a speeding ticket, and I have not received request for fingerprints or anything of the like. So, your guess is as good as mine.

LPP all changed to green and on ECAS decision made August 23, 2023. (This is two years to the day from when IRCC received my paper application.)

Oath yet to be scheduled.

Given recent reports of not needing to be in Canada for the oath, I am guardedly hopeful that I will scheduled soon...

We took our test from outside Canada and exactly after 2 months, LPP was completed and in another 23 days, oath was completed.

We were not asked for evidence of return etc. whole application from AOR to Oath was smoothly completed in 5.5 months.

Oath scheduled for September 7, 2023. Crazy to think that I took the exam on January 28, 2022.
