Hi Guys

Going to do soft landing. Is one week enough to get SIN + Open Bank account + Apply for medical card.

In one week, you can get the SIN and open a bank account. In fact, if Toronto is your POE, then expect to exit the airport with your SIN in hand. The medical card has a 3 month waiting period, unless you're in Alberta, that's why its advisable to buy health insurance for the first 3 months from your landing. That said, since your not settling on this landing, you don't need to apply for provincial health insurance as getting coverage while your not staying in the country could easily be classified as fraud. Work on the medical card after you settle permanently.
