Application was mailed in December 2019 from British Columbia to Nova Scotia. Status "Decision Made"

1. We received your application for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship) on January 2, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 9, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on March 30, 2021.

I have the same lines with slightly different dates. Have not received any update, correspondence or mail, yet. Waiting eagerly...

Edit: I saw your post on a different thread. You got an update after 2 weeks which state they mailed your certificate, congrats! I'm still waiting, its been a month now since the Decision Made and point 3.

Current posted time for proof of citizenship is around five to six months, but the real spread is wide, some come back faster and some sit much longer, especially if the file gets referred to the Program Support Unit for a closer look, which has no fixed timeline. If yours is past the posted time a web form enquiry is the move, and if you have a genuine time-sensitive reason you can ask for urgent processing. One thing worth checking first: make sure proof of citizenship is actually the application you need vs a grant, people mix them up and it costs months.
