good morning all

I got my medical email yesterday evening means on Saturday. they asked for additional documents as well as medical. I am coping and pasting my email here.

Ø > RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for Principal Applicant
Ø
Ø For Fee Schedule:
Ø http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx This must be received at this office by: 03/11/2014
Ø > Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document for Principal Applicant This must be received at this office by: 03/11/2014
Ø > Education diplomas/degrees: Education certificate/diploma/degree for Principal Applicant This must be received at this office by: 03/11/2014
Ø > Employment records: An original and recent letter of employment indicating the start date, annual or hourly rate of pay, and regular hours per week for Principal Applicant This must be received at this office by: 03/11/2014

I have few question to my seniors and who already send their medical.

1. RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee is already paid online then why they are asking again.

2. regarding education documents there is nothing mentioned about photocopies or original. what i have to do??

1# Well pls let us know how you have paid RPRF in advance? I hope you are not talking about processing fees.
2# for this send notarized copy and transcripts original from the college/university.

No, MR and PR yet ....only police reports original copies ...

why didnt they ask for employment letter and marriage photos like other members....is there any chances they may ask me those at later date? Pls suggest....dipanchokshi ..or do they usually ask documents all at once? so i should be positive to get MR PR after I send them police reports.

Well they asked marriage photos coz your marriage might be 1-2 year old so they want to make sure its real. In the past there were some cases some marriages was fake so now a days they asked for photos. And regarding other documents its normal they asked such documents when they are about to issue MR, RPRF and PP so take it as positive sign

Thanks Sharma ji. This is my first job since last 5.7 years so do not have any relieving letter. Please suggest if I can get my seniors reference letter with my role , joining date mentioned and signed by them along their business card attached . I am worried about if it will be accepted as the MNC which I work for is very much ridiculous in providing such letters on letter head.

Yes you can have a letter mentioning you joing dat and the job assignment you designation and some duties reposibilities ......but it should be on letter head of company......and also attach your boss business card as well bso they can contact him directly...

Other wise if you are sending them you appointment letter...is enough according to me. As I have done this in my case ...
