No, MR and PR yet ....only police reports original copies ...

why didnt they ask for employment letter and marriage photos like other members....is there any chances they may ask me those at later date? Pls suggest....dipanchokshi ..or do they usually ask documents all at once? so i should be positive to get MR PR after I send them police reports.

do they ask experience letter ?

in my case i have sent only the appointment letters and releaving letter for my previous employer and for current i have sent the appointment letter only ....

that shows i have work AS ******* from joing date to releaving date and where i am currently working.......

releaving letter itself a experince letter and mostly companies will not provide you the experience letter ...rest what you have decided to send is OK....no need to worry send them every thing honestly....and true....do not alter any thing........

I got my medical email yesterday evening means on Saturday. they asked for additional documents as well as medical. I am coping and pasting my email here.

I have few question to my seniors and who already send their medical.

1. RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee is already paid online then why they are asking again.

2. regarding education documents there is nothing mentioned about photocopies or original. what i have to do??

Thanks Sharma ji. This is my first job since last 5.7 years so do not have any relieving letter. Please suggest if I can get my seniors reference letter with my role , joining date mentioned and signed by them along their business card attached . I am worried about if it will be accepted as the MNC which I work for is very much ridiculous in providing such letters on letter head.

Hi Friends,

Once a person gets Permanent Resident Visa under MANITOBA PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM, what is the mandatory time period for which that person has stay within Manitoba?

Some people say its 6 months, some say 1 year, some say 2 years & some even say for lifetime !!
Can someone tell what is the right time frame?

Looking forward to logical replies.

They expect atleast 3 years. But, to be honest, a PR holder is entitled to stay anywhere in Canada. Now also you can stay somewhere else, but when you apply for Citizenship or renew your PR, that time they will question you. If you have a very valid and strong reason, then fine, else you may be in trouble. Suggestion is to stick to the same province for atleast 3 yrs, then you are free to change....
