Yes it is better to mention your file number, they will get to know that you are an existing applicant, and act fast after receiving the packet.

Did anyone get any intimation from NDVO for submission of 57800/- DD amount? I am still holding the old 62800/- DD as well. Havent cancelled it yet. Incase, they ask for 62800/-, i will immediately send the old DD.

Please send the 62800/- because ndvo has revised the RPRF to 31400/- on 3 dec ... even i have made the dd of 62800/- and going to send it today.....

Hi Pariskumar,

I am not an expert but i would suggest, check with the bank what shall be total amount in INR if you would make a DD in CAD...(This shall be based upon the FX exchange rate which the bank applies) and compare it with INR figure stated on NDVO website. If you make a DD in CAD, the overall INR spent should be lesser. You might end up saving INR 2k to 3k.

Also, DD in CAD shall help mitigate the risk of changing the FX rates on NDVO website.

Bank will not give DD payable at new Delhi if you make DD in CAD.

Even THOMAS COOK will not give.

where u decided to get your medical done.?

my timeline is mpnp family steam aor 31 aug 12
loa 17 nov cic 22 april 1st aor 18 june13 2nd aor 17 july 13(ndvo) in process 21 nov document request regarding education & employment & CIIP letter on 27 nov but no mr prpf. my question is still that should i take appointment to attend orientation program or it doesn't make any difference.
