Yes pwede. Wala naman restrictions on saan ka mag-originate when immigrating to Canada.

Hi bro Ragluf, we have a question lang po, i know masasagot mo agad ito ;)

Pag nag "landing" po, pwede bang dretso sa Winnipeg (Airport) na, or need bang port of entry ay Ontario or Vancouver lang?

Yong isa kasi nating kabayan, has already booked their flights, na port of entry nya in Canada an Winnipeg na since yon ang destination nila. Pero may nakapagsabi sa kanya na dapat pag "landing", dadaan muna sa either Ontario or Vancouver, don lang yata may office which caters to 1st time immigrants, bago magproceed to the destination province/city.

Is this true?

May ganoon po ba? ???

I always thought kasi na maski saang airport sa Canada pwede maglanding yong mag "outland/overseas" applicants/immigrants. Kasi yong mga "Inland" maski saang border sila nag-lalanding di ba?

Thanks in advance for your feedback! ;D ;)

You can always ask for an extension. Kung di enough makuha ang any document required, as long as meron kang valid reason, and supported by facts, you can successfully get an extension.

She first has to start na kunin ang kailangan - ito ang magpapakita na sinubukan, or sinumulan gawin ang hinihingi. Then use kung ano ang nakasaad na release time, or mula sa official instructions ng pinagkunan, at ipakita ito bilang patunay, hindi makakaabot sa takdang panahon na nakasaad sa instructions ng VO. This way, me reason for the extension, at makikita ng VO na specifically me request for an extension.

Hi Sir,

In fact, we already advised CEM about the status ng PCC request a week ago.

Thank you po!

Pwede naman - as long as the airport has services for IMMI (immigration).

See the experiences of ExploreWinnipeg, who landed direct:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/timeline-for-filipinos-submitted-pnppr-applctions-at-cio-t93206.0.html;msg2985238#msg2985238

isearch mo na lang last posts nya, nag discuss kami kung pwede direct to Winnipeg. Short version, pwede. I am looking for more info, dati kasi maliwanag me IMMI services pag nag-query ka sa http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/do-rb/offices-bureaux/569-eng.html

Dun naman sa mga lesser-tier airports - Winnipeg (YWG) for example, since hindi sya traditionally known as a port-of-entry, kakaunti ang direct international flights - and most daraan or me stop sa US enroute, kung saan kailangan mo ng US visa.

Yes - lusot. Walang restrictions ang Canada for those immigrating and leaving a country, provide kumpleto ang immigration papeles nila. Me requirements sila to enter the country.

Ang PH, me exit requirements for those immigrating - actually, everyone na exiting the country to travel, me exit requirements.
http://www.immigration.gov.ph/faqs/travel-req
Ang ibang bansa, wala ding exit requirements like ng nasa PH, for those travelling outside of the country.

http://www.cfo.gov.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=3069:rnr-reminder-april-2016&catid=108:cfo-press-release&Itemid=839

The exit requirements are applied by the BI personnel for travellers exiting the country, so if di ka naman daraan sa PH or will not exit PH enroute to Canada, walang maghahanap ng PDOS sticker sa PP ng isang immigrant. :).

Mga kababayan, I need your help.
Last December, our status changed to Assessment complete. But we never receieved any LOA. We kept on asking MPNP for their decision but they never replied.
And then yesterday, we received an email that we are successfully nominated by the province and we need to apply for CIC until May 16, 2016. The problem is that we cannot complete all CIC application before the 16th.

Can we ask for an extension date for that matter? And where can we appeal for that request? And can we ask MPNP to resend the hard copy of the LOA?
Hope someone can enlighten us with our situation. God bless.

Hi Guys,

They've requested COC from SG for my spouse and I've already forwarded it to them. Sinend ko sya via courier (LBC) and it was received SG BERONIA of VISA SECTION, EMBASSY OF CANADA. Also, nag email ako about sa status at pagreceive ng Beronia including the tracking number of LBC and my APP#. I even mentioned that this was received by Beronia. :(

Hehehe chill lang. They don't confirm receipt at all. You just have to trust the courier details. Looks like you are pretty close to PPR na. Be patient and don't worry too much. Let the process take its course.

Then tumawag ako. Sabi nila mag call back ako after 2days. So tumawag ulit ako, wala pa din.

Dear forum member please help.
We have the same passport expiry situation and I was advised by one of the seniors in this forum to send the new passport upon PPR. That was what I did.

Also, I have a friend whose date of PPR was just about within a month of the expiration of her medical result. She was directed (in her PPR) to personally submit her PP to the visa processing office for same day VISA stamping.

Hopefully your PPR shall bear the same instruction. Otherwise, you may try to get in touch with the visa processing office and request for such.

... Good luck to all of us ...

Dear Seniors/Pioneers,

What is another option to have bank draft or check converted to Canadian dollars? I don't have my credit card yet, application to BDO still pending & I believe even I have only Php is allowed not dollars. I'm shy to borrow again the credit card to any of my Relatives in Canada I don't want to be a burden to them.

Please help & advise.

God bless Us!
