Hi all,

Is there anybody else who's not able to procure docs requested (with my sister's case; UAE POLICE CLEARNCE) by CEM within the given timeframe e.g. 30 days.

Ask ko lang po yung sister mo kelan xa last na nasa UAE or gaano xa katagal nag-stay don? Nagwork kc aq don as COSTA Barista/Waitress for 1 year & 6 mos. (October 2012 - April 2014) So yan din worried ko na hingan aq ng UAE Police Clearance kc hinihingan daw basta nagstay ka sa isang country ng more than 6 mos. pero hoping na wag na sana kc hassle at another gastos na naman. hehe

Hi engr_40905. May I ask po saan kayo nagpamedical? Nung Apr29 po nagpamedical kami ng husband ko sa St Luke's global, ok namn na yung sa tests sa akin yung sa husband ko po pinaulit yung xray nya that day din po kasi sinabi po nmin na may lung scar sya. Hindi pa po nabasa ung 2nd xray nya kasi wala ng mga doctor sa hapon daw at need nya pumunta ng st luke's manila for evaluation daw ng pulmonologist though depende pa din po sa reading ng 2nd xray nya. Ask ko di po sana kung bakit po napending sa inyo, may lung scar din po ba kayo? Salamat.

Hi sa Global din kami nagpa medical. Tumawag na ako ngayon lang about dun sa reading ng 2nd xray ng husband ko ( pinaulit sa kanya nung friday din) at may dala din kami mga old films ng xray nya..so ang sabi daw ng doctor magpa sputum test sya nakita din scar nya. So nagpapa sched na ako ng sputun nya..3 consecutive days kasi yon...

Kuya Znarfier Thanks! Kuya bigay mo nga po sakin link nung thread. Especially yung mga galing UAE din. Ano kaya mga requirements pag representative lang kukuha, may mga friends aq sa Dubai eh. I find ways kung alin yung mabilis ang process eh.

Hello, may tanong. Po ako puede po ba mag travel to Canada direct from Singapore? Plan kasi ng brother ko direct na sila to Canada hinde na uwi ng pinas. May pr visa na po sila. Thanks u!

Just received AOR May 1st, waiting for MR.

My passport is only 11 months valid (expiring on April 2017). Kailangan ko na po ba mag renew or wait for VO's advise? If not yet, when is the right time to renew? OFW po kasi ako and it will be difficult to schedule a renewal. Also, if sa Consular Office or Philippine Embassy ko ipa-renew, it will definitely take 6 to 8 weeks.

Any advise?

She'd stayed there for over 4 years. In fact, di enough yung 30-day period na allowance ng CEM.

I suggest you renew your passports ASAP. Buti nga wala ng passport appointment sa Consular Office or Philippine Embassy (AFIK) vs. dito sa Pinas.

Yes pwede. Wala naman restrictions on saan ka mag-originate when immigrating to Canada.

Hello there,

She'd stayed there for over 4 years. In fact, di enough yung 30-day period na allowance ng CEM.

You can always ask for an extension. Kung di enough makuha ang any document required, as long as meron kang valid reason, and supported by facts, you can successfully get an extension.

She first has to start na kunin ang kailangan - ito ang magpapakita na sinubukan, or sinumulan gawin ang hinihingi. Then use kung ano ang nakasaad na release time, or mula sa official instructions ng pinagkunan, at ipakita ito bilang patunay, hindi makakaabot sa takdang panahon na nakasaad sa instructions ng VO. This way, me reason for the extension, at makikita ng VO na specifically me request for an extension.

Expected din ng mga nasa VO, na kapag humingi ka at binigyan ka ng extension, alam na rin ng applicant na me kaalinsabay na additional time ito sa processing ng application. Hihintayin ang pagsubmit ng document, bago ulit simulan o ituloy ang criminality checks.
