Hi all, My current application status is now "Medical have been received". At the time that I was undergo our medical I also send to CEM our payment for RPRF.. My question is Did CIC post on ecas the status of RPRF payment once they received it? Because CIC did not mentioned my RPRf payment on my ecas.. Youre response is very much appreciated..

They don't confirm receipt of the RPRF on the ECAS "in process" logs. However, one way for you to confirm it is to login to ECAS using the receipt number as your login ID (instead of the UCI or application file number). If your receipt number allows you to login to see your status as usual, then that's your confirmation.

I just received the medical request together with the rprf request too..kaso hinihingi din ang police cert.ng singapore kung saan dati akong nagwork.
Actually Im quite hesitant sa medical nmin dhil nga may special child ako so sooner ay alam ko na pwedeng magkaroon kmi ng refusal..pero sana nga gumalaw ang kapangyarihan ng panginoon at ipagkaloob samin ito kung tlgang para samin.. at least we did everything we could..kaya laban pa rin hanggat kaya..bahala na c lord sa application nmin..

I got my AOR / UCI on 25 Mar 2016! THANKS GOD!


My CIC Timeline:

31-01-2016 - Sent App to CIC-CIO NS
05-02-2016 - App received by Mike at CIC
20-03-2016 - CIC charged the Processing Fee on my card (45 days)
25-03-2016 - AOR + UCI (50 days)


Excited to receive the MR in GOD's time!!! ;D

When do you think it will be? ;D

thanks po sir ragluf.. remember ako po ung may special child which means possible medical inadmissibility kaya I'm actually prepared if ever that will happen, pero I still hang on in God's ways, if its meant for us then it will be..In God's miraculous ways..

Has not happened yet - so don't fret sa hindi pa nagaganap - less worry.

And kung di naman papasok over the threshold for medical inadmissibility due to excessive demand then you have nothing to worry about. Have faith.

To those who have received their MRs, have you noticed that in the MR form IMM 1017, each family members (not only the principal applicant) were given their own UCI #'s and Application #'s?

The UCI is assigned to an individual, and if the application is successful, becomes the permanent ID for any transaction with CIC. And sooner, it becomes the ID on the PR card issued to the individual. So natural lang na each individual included in the application has their own UCI.

... I tried to use them all in accessing the ECAS, but apparently, only the principal applicant's reference/identification number works. Is this true?

This seems to be true only for PNP applications - I have seen cases - mostly in the family/spouse sponsorship, wherein the UCI issued to the sponsored member can be used to see the application. But for PNP applications, this is typical - as you are the applicant (note in all forms - you are the declared applicant) and all others are termed included in the application and are either dependents or spouse/s. As far as CIC is concerned, it is only you who as an active application file with them.

Di ko na experience, pero marami na akong nakitang refusal over the years at that stage. Hindi ibig sabihin na dahil umabot na ang application sa estado na kung saan nakikita mo na ang "medical results received" tapos na ang assessment stage ng application processing - hindi natatapos ito dito. Isa lang ang medical sa mga assessments na ginagawa sa application - at kasama ng criminality assessment, itong dalawa lang na assessments ang masasabing me direct input ang applicant. Kaakibat ng criminality assessment ang pag-review ng mga naisubmit na mga PCCs, ang review ng medical assessment naman ay base sa resulta ng isinagawang IME. Maliban dito, mayroon pang ibang assessments - security etc. Itong mga iba wala tayong direktang input ang applicant, maliban lang sa history na inilagay sa forms ng application - ang CIC ang gagawa nito (tatawagin na lang natin na background check) sa pamamagitan ng mga ahensya na katulong nila (i.e RCMP, etc.).
So maaring me refusal base sa medical grounds, o me refusal base sa criminality o security grounds o sa iba pang assessments.

Wala ka dapat ikabahala kung wala kang itinagong info sa application mo, at walang issue sa medical mo.

And wala ng furtherance or any additional instructions from the RMO/clinic - so yung participation mo sa medical assessment stage is completed. Waiting ka na sa matapos sa ibang assessments.

You mean, the receipt number of my payment for processing fee which include in my AOR? I paid my RPRF separately, I just send my demand draft to CEM last March 8, 2016.

Bago lang po ako sa thread na ito at may few questions po ako regarding sa AOR/UCI. I already received my AOR and UCI last March 22 2016. At ngayon ko lang din sya tinry na buksan using ECAS. Name ko lang din ang nakalagay sa ECAS. And then, I asked my wife if may nareceive din syang email from CIO about AOR and UCI pero wala daw naman syang nareceive. Yung 6yrs old son ko naman is walang active email address so malamang wala din syang matatangap na UCI#. I've backed read the thread and ang sabi is principal applicant and dependent should have their own UCI pero ang sa principal lang ang active and mavview sa ECAS. Anu pong kelangan ko gawin? I'm worried about my dependents. Please help me guys. ???

I also didn't see my spouse and dependents' UCI # and Application #'s from the AOR and ECAS.
... I only saw them when I printed the individual Medical Forms IMM 1017 that I received thru email about a day after CEM emailed my MR.

Wooh! I thought my separate email si CIO sa mga dependent ng UCI nila. Mejo nag-panic ako dahil dun sa nabasa ko na meron nga silang UCI. Pero makikita lang pala sya sa form ng medical from CEM. Salamat sir go north.

You're welcome...

In addition, when you open the individual IMM 1017 forms on line, you will see them blank....
... You'll only see the information in the printouts...
You'll have to fill-up though, your spouse and dependents' email address and contact #s... I wrote only my contact # and email address for all of us, so as not to confuse CEM and also to simply have only one depository of CIC correspondence. I feel positive that this is the right thing to do.
