Timeline for Filipinos submitted pnp-pr applctions at CIO

I am hoping na maging ok po application nyo. I got this info from fkl.

CIC's criteria is to attempt to assess whether the child would require any significant assistance going through his life in Canada.

They have a practical measure of assessing if he would need more than 6k CAD per annum in health care supported by government once he lives here or not. There is likely a refusal if the cost is significantly higher.

To give you an estimate, kids in Canada receives speech therapy for an hour a week in schools if they need it. And cost ranges between 100 to 150 CAD an hour. Government insurance or even private one might support like 600 to 1k per year of speech therapy. Rest one pays himself.

Yes - technically na refuse ka sa isang application for temporary residence (WP extends your temporary residence status).
Hindi lang pang refugee ito - kailangan intindihin mo ang tanong - kasama din sa tanong na ito kung me refusal sa application for refugee status, OR an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including CSQ) or application to PNP OR visitor or temporary resident visa. Alin dito ang na-aangkop sa iyo?
Schedule A is a form to be signed po - so hindi pwedeng via email ito. Via courier ito ipadadala - balikan mo ang checklist - Document Checklist (IMM 5690) - nakasaad dun Original ang form na ito na kailangan ipadala sa kanila. Isa pa, me declaration dito na kailangan dated and signed.

Moving forward lng po ako. Medical completed pa lng nman kami. Ung eldest ko is 2nd year college na. Mag start na ulit ang 2nd sem. Hindi ko alam kung need ko pa enroll khit wla pa ung visa. Ma credit po ba ung pagging college nya dito? Iniisip ko kc bka mabale wala or bumalik ng grade 7. La pa tlga ko knowledge sa educational system sa canada po..

Depends on the institution. Colleges and Universities have their own acceptance/equivalency criteria. Ang kinakailangan is magkaroon ng assessment muna ng credentials lalo na for those na me college credits. One of the things na discussed and itinatanong sa mga seminars is this.

sana nga lng ang magawa nmin na maconvince IME para makalusot ang case ng anak ko, Alam ko rin God will work in his mysterious ways at kasama nmin sya sa laban na to, para wala ng maiwan at magkakasama kming lahat (kung ipagkakaloob ng Dyos) na makarating ng Canada..
Pero dko mabuksan ung isang link "http://www.cba.org/dev/saskatchewan/main/pdf/mwm_2014_cle2d_yang.pdf" error found ang lumalabas baka daw na delete na or na rename na, baka nman may iba pang link about dun..
