Timeline for Filipinos submitted pnp-pr applctions at CIO

I have sent my documents to CIC last Jun 18, but sadly to say DHL was unable to provide me any details about the documents because they forwarded to it thru a 3rd party courier. They will just informed me and "WAIT" till the 3rd party courier advises them that the documents been delivered. DHL has no office at Nova Scotia so that's the reason why they used a 3rd party courier.

Should have used UPS or Fedex.

Does not matter which courier you used - inland local companies will take over as soon the package arrives in the main depot for DHL. For Fedex, the local agent is Purolator.

Just wait a bit, also keep in mind the coming holiday (July 1 - Canada Day) plus start of summer/end of school, so people going on VL are prevalent. Expect status responses to be a bit delayed due to these.

sir ragluf help naman po. may friend po ako na june 2014 applicant for PNP. nag request po ang CIC ng Proof of Funds sa kanya, i-submit daw ang Income tax return and Notice of Assessment, T4 and paystubs kasama ng bank statement.
first question po, ano po difference ng income tax return sa Notice of assessment? pwede kaya notice of assessment na lang ang i-submit kasama ng T4 and others.

2nd question, ano po kaya dahilan kung bakit nag request ang CIC ng proof of funds? eh diba po under PNP stream sya, which is arrange employment. thanks po

Arranged employment is generally assessed under FSW criteria before, so this could be a reason bakit na hihingan ng proof of funds. But then ano ba ang funds or unemcumbered funds na na declare nya sa PNP forms nya before?

As for ano ang hinhingi, check mo kung OR hindi AND ang mga hinihingi na docs, which means isa lang is enough. Kung AND< well kailangan lahat. ITR is proof from side ng applicant nagfile ng current tax return, and NOA is treated as proof that the ITR has been received and recorded. The T4 kasi can reflect only income from one employer, so me mga cases with multiple employers madami din T4s. The ITR will reflect kung declared lahat ng income, and the NOA will show lahat ng declared income has been recorded with CRA.

Maaring me mga tanong on current employment history and declaration ng income so balikan ang forms na naisubmit sa PNP first, then check kung ano ang nakalagay naman sa mga forms na naisubmit sa CIC - check kung me conflict sa mga funds na nailagay sa forms.

Mukhang verification lang ito or update ng source of funds nya while in Canada, so don't fret and worry too much. Just prepare the needed documents, review what is needed, and then submit it.

Please send your VO or CEM a reply to their letter of instructions for you to get your IME/Medical done, and in that response state:
- This is in compliance to their instructions to schedule an IME
- The IME has been completed at (clinic), for (principal applicant name, spouse, dependents - list all on (date) and proof of which is the receipt (include a copy of the receipt)
- No additional medical instructions have been provided by the clinic/physician

So in short - the reply is an "acknowledgement" of their (CEM/VO) instructions and an update to your application file, informing then the instructions have been complied to. This then effectively closes out the communications between you and CEM/VO about this instruction. Anything else, will be between CEM/VO, RMO and the clinic.

Wala na sa iyo ang bola. Nasa kanila na.
