Timeline for Filipinos submitted pnp-pr applctions at CIO

I was still in riyadh that time nung sinend ng brother ko (in sask) sa CIO sydney un application ko. Thank you very much sir. But now im here in the Philippines na... Got my aor already.. How about the MR? How long will it take to receive the MR? And If ever dumating.. Where am I going to take my medical? Thank you very much.

Pwede ka naman mag-request ng transfer ng processing office mo from ADVO to CEM - drawback lang is the added time to request and to have the file transferred to CEM. Me valid reason naman - nag repatriate ka na sa PH, so yan ang gagamitin mo na reason if ever nagdecide ka to request for the transfer.

No idea kelan darating ang MR mo - there are no standards for the duration nyan. Lahat is via observation lang, minsan humahaba ang panahon bago makuha ang MR, minsan naman, bumibilis. All dependent on the VO.

Kung saan ka mag-medical, hindi ibig sabihin na dahil sa ADVO ang processing ng application mo dun ka dapat mag-medical. Me mga designated medical clinics kung saan pwede ka mag-IME kahit nasaan ka pang bansa. See here:

sirs, sorry po at napakaraming pages na at hirap na ko mag backread ng lahat. pero paano po ba makakapag apply ng PNP? Kelangan po ba may job offer from an employer?

currently nasa Toronto po ako via work permit, pero LMIA exempt po yun permit ko kaya hirap ako mag apply sa EE. any information you can provide would be very much appreciated po. thank you!

Karamihan ng mga PNP programs are employer-driven streams, meaning madalas ang kailangan is a job-offer from an employer. Halimbawa, sa program ng Ontario, since hindi ka naman student/PhD, then under FW stream ka which is employer-driven, and kailangan ng job offer.

There are some PNPs na hindi kailangan ng job offer - so you have look at each province and look at their program.

2. Should I send the bank draft to you through courier or email to manila visa office? If courier, then what would be the courier address?

Salamat sir! so it seems most ng PNP ay employer driven, which is like getting any ordinary EE application with an LMIA. Sa nakikita ko po kasi parang bihira or walang employer willing to hire pag nalaman na hindi ka PR or citizen based sa background ko (IT industry).

To some employers yes - prefer nila lesser headaches/paperwork/processing. Madami kasi hindi alam ang immigration matters or walang kaukulang tao na marunong mag-navigate ng immigration. But meron din naman na willing. Expand your search, tumingin ka sa ibang lugar, mostly outside of the city/urban/suburban areas. Smaller companies often are more willing.

Pwede ka naman mag-request ng transfer - yun lang, me added processing time sa file transfer between VOs (kung ma-aaprove). So baka magkaparehas lang ang processing time in the end between CE and SGVO kapag isinama mo ang turn-around time ng transfer.

And marami-rami din ako narinig na SG applicants na processed/transferred to CEM - overflow daw ng processing/applicants sa SG kaya ibinigay sa CEM. So me posibilidad pa rin na malipat sa CEM ang processing ng application mo.

btw, how do you guys know which employers to reach out to that are willing to nominate, etc? do you just blindly apply and tell them to join the PNP to nominate you?

Not all of us were nominated under employer-driven streams. If you read through different classes under the nominee programs of the different provinces, there are a few streams that does not require a job offer to be eligible. Some came under that (MPNP for instance, before had some family-connection streams where a job-offer is not a requirement). Others, mostly came initially as TFWs and became eligible under employer-driven streams because the employer supported the nomination application by providing a job offer - this is with the intention that the nominee will continue to be gainfully employed under the supporting/sponsoring employer.

Dahil sa recent changes - medyo mahirap na ang direct na pagkuha ng employer willing to 'sponsor' towards PR. If any - medyo madalang.

Na-explore mo na ba sa current employer mo kung i-reretain ka nila and kung pwede ka nila suportahan for PR by giving a job offer in addition to other things?

Hello po! Wala pa bng balita sa MR? AOR receive March 25, 2015 wala pa ding MR. Regarding show money, are they checking the amount once they issued AOR? Kasi nabawasan namin ung pera sa bank pero ung natira naman ay ung total money na kelangan nmin for show money kumbaga labis ung laman ng bank acct nung nilagay nmin sa application.
