Timeline for Filipinos submitted pnp-pr applctions at CIO

still waiting medical request, hope it's receives soon...please advice if we can follow-up from our VO as CIO confirmed that our application has been forwarded to VO-Manila office since Feb. 17 (the date of AOR issuance).

JMJ please share your complete timeline like wen u sent application to CIC. Application receive date and the date of AOR like the way you will see my timeline on the right hand corner of the page.

My friend had a similar problem. What he did he called the consulatate and requested an extension stamping on her passport. Or you could either fly to manila and expedite the renewal of your passport. It will only take 10 days.

none at all, just some basic questions about my status. then one question officer asked me is, who told me to go there.. i told him that i went to a public forum and seek for advice. then he asked me if its the cic site. i told him its different. then i waited 10-15 mins then he congratulates me.

Application received by CIC: Sept. 26, 2014
AOR received: Feb. 24, 2015

how would i know if my application has been received in the CIC? thanks, God Bless us all!

1. If you have just sent your application to CIO-NS - then your first reference is the courier tracking/signature receipt. If you have one, then you should see the package arrived and was received at CIO
2. If you don;t have courier tracking, then between sending and AoR - no indication.
3. AoR is the best indication your application has been received at CIO. It also indicates start of the "processing" of the application.
4. A few days/weeks after AoR (time is not exact) - you should see the status of the application in eCAS.
