hi! Congrats to those who have their updates. by the way, we just want to inform you that we had our medicals yesterday here in Singapore and today we got our PPR. Super nagulat kami ng husband ko. Thank you so much Lord Jesus! Godbless us all!

By the way, the embassy is asking for our additional documents to be sent together with our passports. My concern is, I just had my passport renewed last month. and pick up date is this November 24 which is 5 days beyond the deadline that the embassy of canada here in Singapore has given us. My old passport expires June 2015. Can we still send my old passport or should I wait for the new one? Below is the instruction from the letter for request for the passports. My husband insists we can send my old passport but I still want your thoughts about this. Thank you for your replies in advance.

IMPORTANT NOTES about Visa and Passport validity
You should ensure that everyone in your family has a passport valid for a minimum of 12 months from the date of the most recent full medical examination. Visas can only be issued to a maximum validity of 12 months from the date of your most recent Immigration Medical Examination (IME) assessment. If your family has medical examinations on different dates, the validity of your visas will be 12 months from the date of the first assessment. If any one of your passports will expire before 12 months from the date of the medical examination, your visas will expire on the date of the first passport to expire. If your passports will expire soon, it is in your interest to obtain new or updated passports to ensure your visas are issued with maximum.

Congrats Miss Bella..nagpapakitang gilas ata ang Singapore ngaun.napakabilis ng processing ng papers mo. Happy for you..
Dika ba pd mag inquire thru email if they can extend yung deadline nila then state the reason.

Hi croft_123!

As per the timelines ive seen, from the MPNP stage, the average is 8.5 months (aaprox). So some applications are done in the MPNP stage in 5-12 months. The same with the CIC stage.

So in total it goes a Little over a year to less than 2 years for the lucky ones!

Try checking the spreadsheets again...

Good luck!

Hi all,

I already send my documents thru courier, it was only then that I found out that i forgot to write at the back of the picture the date the picture was taken. Do you think it would be a problem, will my documents be return? Thanks

Depende, madalas kung international destinations - DHL. Local - before VFS/VAC, air21 ang gamit na madalas. Meron ding mga areas kung saan local courier companies ang ginagamit ng CEM.
