Hi to all..

Just want to share, as of yesterday ECAS STATUS po namin "Medical results have been received"..yeheyy!! ;D
Hindi po namin iniiexpect na mabilis ifforward ng IOM medical results namin kc sabi nila follow up kmi after 21 working days.
Nag try lang kmi na mg follow up yesterday and they replied that IME Results were already forwarded to CEM last Oct 2. We had our medicals sept 25, So 1 week lng after ng medical nmin naforward na agad results sa cem. Siguro po kung walang medical furtherance 1 week lng forward n agad nila results..Thank you very much Lord! Happy weekend to all.

Congrats ;D

Good evening! Kindly enlighten me, i just received an email notification from CEM regarding PPR, included in it is the advice to fill-out Appendix A. Here's where my confusion lies ☺️ The instruction is to fill-out the form for each of the applicant, spouse and dependent children.
Do i include my info on all forms to be prepared for each of my spouse and children, i beong the proncipal applicant? So for spouse's form: il fill-out the columns for principal applicant (me) and spouse; for child: principal applicant and child 1 columns are to be filled-out....?

Thank you po

PNP application or FAM application? Some of your posts are in the FAM section, so please identify for which application this appendix A is for.

Please clarify what is exactly written in the instructions - is it to "fill-out the form for EACH" or "complete the form for yourself, your spouse/common law partner, and your dependent children who will accompany you to Canada". Better please copy and paste the exact wording of the instructions here.

;D well then good to know that is sorted out fine.

So only one form (appendix A) needs to be filled out for all of you included (PA, spouse, dependent children) - all the details will be in one Appendix A form.
