Differences lang naman in my view - few days lang. Me elapsed time from Canada to PH (mom mo) then courier to CEM na hindi na din magkakaiba ng malaki if you do direct from Canada to CEM. All depends saan ka mas komportable and preference.

Tracking ang importante - pwede ka mag-specify ng tracking/receipt when sending from Canada to your CEM or to your mom, but either way - wala ka indication na pabalik na ang PPs mo in this case. (CEM to Canada, CEM to your mom)...

Kelangan po ba ng prepaid return envelope pag magsesend ng passport sa CEM?

Here's my timeline po pala (pasensya na at bago lang )

Nominated: Dec 15,2013
Jan 2: Did upfront medical
Jan 23: applied/issued working permit at the border
Jan 26: sent application to CIC
3rd week of feb: application was returned due to credit card information mistake!
Feb 23: sent application again to CIC from Philippines (i had short vacation)
Feb 26: CIC received application
A month later: AOR
May 12: COC/RPRF request
May 14: sent RPRF
June 9: sent my COC
June 10: Ecas status is "In Process"
July 4: PPR received

Unless it is specified sa PPR instructions mo - no need. Read thoroughly the instructions in the PPR for sending the PPs. Ipadadala mo from Canada to CEM right? If that is the case, then ibabalik din sa iyo ng CEM via courier. Get tracking of receipt/signature so you know when the package has been delivered to CEM and who signed for it.

Back then I used CanadaPost Xpresspost - the local agent in the Philippines is Air21/Fedex that delivered the PPs to CEM. PPVs/CoPR was returned back to Canada via DHL in 3 weeks. It depends also where in Canada, as the package gets routed through their hubs and takes time especially through customs clearing.

Thank you po sa reply. Nasa China po ako ngayon. Ang pagkakabasa ko po kasi need mag apply ng Police Clearance/Certificate sa mga countries kung saan ka nag stay ng more than 6 months. Eh nag stay po ako sa Qatar at USA ng more than 6 months kaya ask ko po yung mga info na to...


For USA, may form po sila na need ko i-fill up pero needed po ng fingerprint by authorized authority. Saan ko po pwede gawin to?

For Qatar, need po ng sundry card from NBI then pa-authenticate sa DFA. Saan ko rin po ito pwede kunin?

or maybe may alam kayong agency or paraan para ma mabilis kunin. I hope matulungan nyo po ako.

Well then - any una mong kailangan kausapin is the Phil Embassy in China kung nasaan ka and they can provide you directions paano kukunin ang mga forms ng NBI.
Quick searches for the following show:

For USA, may form po sila na need ko i-fill up pero needed po ng fingerprint by authorized authority. Saan ko po pwede gawin to?

Eto kailangan gawin sa isang police authority sa Beijing - try this - eto din ang nasa instructions ng US Embassy sa nationals nila : http://beijing.usembassy-china.org.cn/fingerprinting.html
