But I had gallstones, so since May 2014, when it was discovered, I was told to go under this very strict diet. Or else, go back to the hospital.

Since I have spent so much money on that hospitalization, I cannot have surgery asap. Inabot ng 7 months and strict diet ko. Huhuhu iyak talaga ako when I see food, I really, I really want to eat. At least naging okay ang medical results ko and I lost almost 15kgs.

Kaya yan, substitute white carbs (i.e. rice and bread) to wheat bread and pasta and brown rice.

Olive oil instead of cooking oil. And wala munang deep fried stuff. Fresh smoothies instead of coke and iced tea. Or ikaw na lang gumawa ng ice tea mo, para less sugar.

Wow ang galing ng 15kgs tabs! Start na nga din akong mag-whole grain. Thanks!

Yun din ang alam ko, not unless makakita nga sila ng indication for further test or referral sa specialist like sugar sa urine or high blood pressure during the time ng medicals.

Thanks, it was tough at first, but better than going back to the hospital with pancreatic attack. Masakit na physically, masakit din sa bulsa. LoL

common road rules ang same sa atin. ang bago lang un "yield to the right of way" kapag uncontrolled interdection, kailangan paunahin palagi ang nasa kanan na road. but kapag may 4 way stop sign. kapag sino un unang huminto, sya dapat ang unang tatawid. once na mag appoint ka ng written exam bilhin mo na lang un book nasa 10$ kaya mo un basahin in 1 day lang. good luck

please be careful dun sa na i share kong link about online request of documents for red-ribbon. ive beendoing my research in other forums and in facebook , about the validity of this service agency. although, it is clear that they are DFA accredited agency, but there are some complaints from the customers na umaabot daw ng 1 month bago i deliver at your doorstep.

so, i want to make it clear that i just want to share this information to this forum as an option. good luck

one more concern to all those who have landed in Winnipeg already.


My flight will be from PAL from MANILA to VANCOUVER.
Then ,I will have a 16hr waiting time for VANCOUVER to WINNIPEG.

My questions are :

1. Since Vancouver will be our POE, do our baggage needs to be with us when we are passing
the IMMIGRATION? I was told that our baggage can directly be picked up in Winnipeg airport
already?

2. The reason why we have a 16-hr waiting time from Vancouver to Winnipeg is because we
will be picked up by our friends in Vancouver airport. Now, the question is related to #1.
* Can we do an early baggage check-in ? ( after arrival in vancouver -going to winnipeg)
* Some says that we need to pay a storage fee of around $50 ?

You typically pass through an immigration checkpoint first when you de-plane at Vancouver, and do landing formalities, then afterwards pickup your baggage, pass Customs and head to the check-in counters for your Winnipeg leg. Think of it as Vancouver to Winnipeg is a "domestic" flight, and you are coming from an International flight, so there will be a a customs check and then a change in gates or sometimes even terminal buildings.

2. The reason why we have a 16-hr waiting time from Vancouver to Winnipeg is because we will be picked up by our friends in Vancouver airport. Now, the question is related to #1.

That depends on your airline. Most airlines start check-in when their counters are open and you can check-in your baggage. Direct transfers are done (check-in all the way) if you do not need to pass through Customs and if there is < 5hrs layover.
