I'm still on the early stage of application. Do they ask for medical history for the last 5 years only or from childhood? Do they also get the blood type?

I think last 5 years is correct but they will also ask you if your parents have medical conditions (diabetes, hypertension, etc.). Not sure if they get blood type, but then again, they can get that with the blood they extract from you during the exam.

There are other PNP streams other than employment. There's the family stream and general stream. Family is if you have relatives in a certain province that can vouch for you. Or in the case of general stream, someone from the province who you know can vouch for you...

I recently received my Med request Aug 6 at the same time the CEM also said I should pay the RPRF within 30 days.

Did some of you also get the same deadline for payment?

AOR Online: June 2012
LOA Letter Received January 2013
Visa Office: CEM
PAyment mode: Credit Card May 11, 2013
AOR CIO: July 12, 2013
MEDS Request: August 6, 2013

SINP din kami ng husband ko. I-check mo very carefully yung documents checklist to make sure wala ka makalimutan na forms. Follow the instructions carefully. Yung sa amin kasi kulang ng Additional Family Information form para sa sarili ko (husband ko ang principal applicant) kaya ibinalik sa amin ang lahat ng docs. I guess na-oversee namin yung part na iyon kasi akala namin yung principal applicant lang ang kailangan mag fill out nun. Nakakapanlambot kasi nang dahil sa iisang form, back to square one. Pero dahil sa forum na ito, lumakas loob namin ng husband ko na mag-send ulit. Ika nga nya, "It's just a bump on the road."

hello po, anu anu po ba nilagay nyo po sa family decleration form? kase po single naman po ako ngayun, wala po ako family pa, so anu po ilalagay ko po dun? parents ko po ba?

Hello, SINP dina ako...the additional dependant/declaration form is only applicable to all applicant who has more than 5 dependants (whether they are accompanying or not). Check your documents checklist carefully before sending the documents and for the schedule a: background /declaration make sure no gaps at all sa personal details and addresses otherwise it will be one of the reason why your application takes so long to process...Good luck and GOD bless...patience is needed here...

hi ritz, im single wala pa po ako asawa or anak, so kelangan ko po pa din pa fill up'an yun or parents ko ang ilalagay ko? kase sa generic form dba po may additional dependents din po? so parents ko po ba ilalagay ko po dun?
