Your VO is Manila right? I think somebody in this thread tried to email CEM for follow up. You can browse over the previous conversations or maybe our friends here could help you out.

Hello im new here. we already receive our nomination letter. almost done with the documents required. just want to verify if there is no need to submit a bank certificate to the CIO, well its not included in the document checklist but i do not wish to have our papers returned due to incomplete documents. Thanks!
