Today June 27 is exactly 1 year after I sent my MPNP application

Also today I got an email response from CEM on my inquiry

"Please note your visa was sent out this morning via courier. You may receive it within a few days."

Hi Ragluf,

My biggest fear has happened! My file was transferred by CIO to ADVO although I indicated CEM in my application!!! Muntik nang mamuti ang mata ko. Buti na lang nag-follow-up ako kanina by email at naawa naman sila at sumagot...sakit sa ulo! Halos 2 months na akong naghihintay ng MR. Anyway, ganyan talaga ang buhay...minsan nalulubak...it's time to take decisive action and I will request ADVO to transfer my file to CEM.

If you remember the exchanges we had on this thread, the officer will decide on which visa office will be best placed (keeping program integrity intact) to process your application. It may have been that there was no information on your application showing the impending transfer/repartriation to the PH, as such, based on the available information on your application, AVDO is the office seen as the best placed to process your application.

Unfortunate, but take heed that you already had the information for necessary action this early - so you know the action to take. It is early in the process, so you have the time and the window to have the file transferred to CEM. We discussed the reasons you can use in one of the previous posts - you may want to refer to that in building your request letter.

You do not have to wait for an MR or anything from AVDO before you request for transfer of your file - the email they sent you is confirmation enough (short of getting GCMS/ATIP) of where the file is. On the basis of that - request for file transfer immediately.

Awhile ago, I was contemplating whether to wait (since I've waited for almost 2 months already) till ADVO issues an MR; but after looking in November 2012 and January 2013 tracking sheets, I found one applicant in each sheet whose file is in ADVO and they have not received MR to-date. I'll refer to your previous posts regarding the subject and begin drafting the request letter. Anyway, ADVO is already closed now and will resume working only on Sunday. Salamat uli...

Awhile ago, I was contemplating whether to wait (since I've waited for almost 2 months already) till ADVO issues an MR; but after looking in November 2012 and January 2013 tracking sheets, I found one applicant in each sheet whose file is in ADVO and they have not received MR to-date. Good luck - note I added in my post - you don't have to wait. That email/letter you received is enough confirmation and on the basis of that - you can initiate action immediately. Refer to that email also when you make a request to transfer the file. Let me know if you need help drafting that letter...

i would like to inform you all na kakatanggap ko lang ng PPR ko this morning around 11 AM. maraming salamat sa lahat ng mga tao dito sa forum especially kay sir Ragluf sa mga opinions and advices.
sa lahat na naghihintay, wag kayong mawalan nga pag asa, alam ko darating din yan in HIS perfect time. for now, just enjoy everything.
