Timeline for Filipinos submitted pnp-pr applctions at CIO

Sir Ragluf, we tried to request to transfer our VO from SG to MNL but we just received an email and according to SG they can no longer change it since it is being processed already. Is there any other way to change our VO? We are already thinking of going home in the Philippines and wait there but I guess we have no choice but to wait here in Singapore. Madami pa namang pinoy ang napapauwi dahil hindi na rerenew ang mga working pass nila.

thanks crazyfrost....tanong ko po ulit, when I pay for the right for permanent residence fee just recently when they ask for it. I paid it using bank draft canadian funds.ok lang po ba yun.visa office ko is CEM. maka affect kaya yun sa processing namin..nagpagawa ako ng bank draft sa BPI.

thanks crazyfrost....tanong ko po ulit, when I pay for the right for permanent residence fee just recently when they ask for it. I paid it using bank draft canadian funds.ok lang po ba yun.visa office ko is CEM. maka affect kaya yun sa processing namin..nagpagawa ako ng bank draft sa BPI.

You need a valid reason for the transfer and one of the reasons that can be used is repatriation. Especially if there are already dates/plans to repatriate - it is often a good reason for a transfer request. However, mukhang wala pa kayong firm plans at eto ang nakikita ng SG. If you requested them a transfer and showed firm plans (schedules, end of stay dates, etc.) then they can accede to the request. However, if the reason is not supported enough, then VOs seldom agree to a transfer as it becomes a choice for convenience of a shorter processing time by the applicant rather than a valid reason for a transfer to retain program integrity.

Track back to your request to transfer request, and see if you included enough supporting documents there to warrant a transfer. A letter alone is usually not enough, it has to be supported.

1. pwede pa ba akong magtransfer ng papers ko, VO ko po ay Israel gusto ko po sana itransfer na sa manila kasi 8 months na po akong naghihintay ng MR/2ndaor ko kaso wala pa rin silang email . di ko inexpect na ganito katagal ang processing dito at mas matagal pa ang processing pag foreign worker ka.

Unless me valid reason like impending repatriation, relocation etc., hindi magiging successful ang isang request for transfer.

2. pag nagexpire ba ang Ielts, my possibility ba na mag request ang VO ng bagong IELTS?

Not likely. Valid ang lahat ng nai-submit mo at the time of submission and receipt ng application mo and essentially 'frozen' ang information. Anything that will expire habang nasa kanila ang papel/application mo will not be required for an update except if it is required as part ng admissibiity tests. Case in point, medicals minsan pinapaulit (due to expiry), or hihingi ng updated PCCs (for criminality screening)...

The funds that you need to have in your bank account or in any other form of liquid funds under your Name which has to be more than 6 months old should be 10K CAD + 2K CAD (per dependent -- wife + no. of children).
