Hi.i just want to ask if those who are already applying for permanent residency are going to be affected by the current moratorium on tfw..just worried:(
No.
TFW - Temporary Residence
PR - Permanent Residence

Different programs, different class. Also under TFW, only a certain sector (food industry) is affected most. I see you are applying for PR under CEC, so most applicable is for you to join the threads there for more specific answers related to this class. Those in the same situation will be able to provide you more apt answers based on common experiences.

matanong ko lang po kayo kasi naguguluhan ako merong mga nag ask ang embassy ng MEdical then after nun rprf then after couple of weeks PPR na meron namang after 4 months nag pa medical tapos mga 4 months nag hihintay total of 8 months tska lang nag kakaroon ng PPR depende ba to sa country kung saan nag aapply? or sadyang depende sa VO? kagaya namen

pasa kami ng applications a CIO after a month MEdical request after 3 days RPRF tapos nag request pa ng additional docs ASAP daw until may 20th kailangan nasa kanila eh kumpleto na kami sa lahat does it mean na before mag 20th pag nakita nila nag comply ka sa request nila PPR kana?

Anong date lumabas ang "Medical Results have been received"?

Rarely para sa isang PNP nominee na aabutan ng expiry ng medicals, which is right now ang longer period ng timeline mo. Kung susuriin ang average processing time is pwedeng sukatin ng:
AOR-CIO <------(average processing time published by CIC for the VO)--------> DM

Medical results received <------(1 year) -------> visa expiry date

I am currently in the Middle East. Pinakuha po uli sya ng additional test which is sputum exam na gagawin for 3 consecutive days at sputum culture naman for 2 mos if negative ang result.

Thank you po.
Saan nag-submit ng IMM1017? Magkaiba kasi ang SLGC at IOM, even if pareho sila accredited to do IMEs.

Since di pa natapos ang wife mo sa IME nya, so hindi pa malamang ( I am assuming here) na nai-tala sa records ang results with the IMM1017 (and hence sa application nyo), maaring pwede sya magsimula ulit.

This way, walang manggagaling sa SLGC, lahat magmumula sa IOM.

Tawagan muna nila ang SLGC and get info, then tawagan din nila ang IOM, and ask kung pwede ipalipat ang IME at papaano. Then decide what action is best for them.

No idea - I do not track timelines. You may want to join up with the other AINP threads here that have tracking sheets and compare the timelines/information posted there and come up with your assessment on the range.

Hi,

What do you mean by non-accompanying in this sense? Eto ang definitions: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/glossary.asp#n

Non-accompanying family members
Related term:
Non-accompanying dependant

Family members who are dependent on the principal applicant but who are not immigrating to Canada. They include a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and the children of a dependent child. These people must be listed on the principal applicant's application for permanent residence. They should have a medical exam so they can remain eligible for sponsorship at a later date.

So in your IMM008, were they declared as non-accompanying under Personal Details section, Q#11 a) will accompany principal applicant to Canada?

Additional Note:
Accompanying family member: A spouse, common-law partner, dependent child, or dependent child of a dependent child who intends to immigrate to Canada with the principal applicant. The visas will be issued at the same time.

Non-accompanying family member: Family members who do not accompany the principal applicant may come to Canada at a later time. However, they will need to apply as a principal applicant in their own right and submit their own sponsorship

Hi,

Example 1:

Mag-aaply sila as PA ng sarili nilang PR application. In this scenario - di mo kailangan bayaran ang RPRF nila. Or mag-apply sila ng hiwalay.

Example 2:
(will accompany you to Canada)

So kung ganito - declared as dependents sila sa application, at Accompanying - so kasama sa bibigyan ng visa at kasama sila sa application mo to immigrate to Canada.

Alin dito (Example 1 or 2) and sitwasyon mo?
