Congratulations to those who got their visa and all the best on your move to Canada!

Ako up to now ay naghihintay pa rin ng passport request. We already submitted all the additional documents we were asked (new police clearances and updated Schedule A Background Declaration form and they were received Monday last week. I hope we hear from CEM this week.

Does the e-cas status gets updated to something before the passport request? So far mine is "In Process" (Medical results have been received)

Hello malfoy!

When your e-CAS shows the third line of Medical results have been received, usually the next update would either be: 1. Additional documents request which when submitted would follow with 2. Passport request.

If additional docs have already been requested and submitted, then #2 would apply. :)

In the meantime, attend some of the Canadian government-funded pre departure seminars such as CIIP and COA to make the waiting time less insane. :) :) :)

Good luck and take care! :)

yes sinabi mo pa, nakakainggit nga yung iba in less than a month may request na. Tayo mag 2 months na wala pa rin. Naabutan yata tayo ng something kasi parang bigla nag freeze ang galaw ng medical request.

I know the feeling. But, just be patient, darating din ang inaasam nating MR... ;D

Ang problema ko ngayon eh pabakasyon ako ng Pinas... baka mapa-enjoy ng husto at makalimutan ang preparation sa medical... :P

Agree with you GKarl. I've been reading previous trails at medyo mahaba din talaga ang hintay nang iba. This application really requires patience and creativity to enjoy the days while waiting.

So far, I've done my thesis for masteral and will graduate this April; completed my online certification for HR and gala in between.

Let's all be productive! Hopefully, may credit itong lahat sa application ko. Hehe.

God bless everyone!

Good to know you're completing you masteral and completed your online certification. Those are positive approaches and definitely will add credibility to your qualification.

Good luck and God bless!

Hi Tabs! enjoyed reading your blogs... I found myself nodding on some parts and smiling as well, remembering my experiences too... It was like a flashback of what happened to me as well but reading it on another person's life... Funny how we can relate when we all have to go through the same just to get here in Canada... ;D
