Are you trying to have your PCCs from other countries mailed back to you? A bit of advice - ask the persons at PhilPost what is or how many would be enough for postage for the reply package from that country back to the PH. Also check if the country is a member of the internationa postal union and does in fact receive international reply coupons.

yes, it is normal. like the case of my eldest daughter who is 21 y.o. nag repeat x ray sila sa anak ko na yan. it is because, sila ang nagkamali. Malabo ang kuha.

normally, free of charge ang repeat x ray since wala naman talaga problem.

wag ka matakot. everything will be ok.
