Yes sinabay ko ang rprf ko sa processing fees ko para one time na lang ako kukuha from the bank. I got two separate checks from the bank, one for the processing fee and one for the RPRF. Lagyan mo din ng label yung para sa RPRF para lang di malito.

Maam regarding po sa passport yun lang bang page which naka stated ung information kac wala naman ammendments ung passport namin kaya yun lang ang isasama sa applicattion o need pa po yung mga iabang pages kahit blank?

Also, Do i need to pass "written explanation" kung bakit d po ako magsusubmit ng use of representative form? kac nakalagay po sa NOTE ng checklist kung d mo iprovide ung ibang forms dapat may written explanation. Do i need to do that ma'am?

Yung page lang na may pangalan, etc. Ang ibig sabihin nung amendments dun is kung may mga docs na nakakabit sa passport mo where binago ang name mo. Kung wala, just photocopy the page of where your info is contained at yun ang i-include sa package.

You only need to fill out the representative form if you have a representative. Ako noon, I was supposed to use my bayaw who is my MPNP sponsor to be my unpaid representative kaso we found na we had to courier to him the application form for him to actually sign the form in ink. Nde pedeng photocopy or scanned copy lang ang ipadala sa CIC so we decided not to make him our rep. So kung wala kang rep, no need for the form and definitely no need to have a written explanation.

Btw, written explanations are only given if you cannot provide the actual forms or documents that they are asking for.

Another Ma'am, Police Certificate sa NBI po kukuha d b? Ano po tong Local Request at Non-Resident Request?? Saka ano po ung "Request for Police Certificate at FingerPrint Request Letter?" Correct me if Im wrong Ma'am. Need mo po yan kung tumira ka sa ibang bansa? or?

Ma'am ung nasa photo specification yun po ung actual size na include sa package?

Pasensya po kung maraming tanung Ma'am...

I sent you a PM regarding your first question.

Yes, sa NBI ka kukuha ng police certificate. Ang experience naming mag-asawa, ang sinabi namin sa counter sa NBI ang gawing clearance is for immigration. Hihingi sila ng Canadian address and it will take them two weeks to process it. With regards dun sa finger print request letter, di ako naka encounter nun at di din namin sya ginawa. Maybe our other forum-mates can help you with that.

Follow nyo lang po ang photo specs na sinasabi sa checklist at guide. Maigi din kung mag pa picture kayo sa maalam na photo studio sa mga sizing. Alam na nila what size you need. You can also print out and take the photo specs with you when you have your pictures taken.

Walang problema ang matanong, basta makasagot at hopefully tama ang mga sagot namin.
