How long it takes to get pr if anyone get 1 year of certificate in Manitoba+6 months of experience in any field in Manitoba ?

1-Which one is faster manitoba or alberta for pnp?

someone told me in manitoba for working graduate stream is in priority basis.It will be fast like within 8-12 months after submitted application for provincially.

Is it true for manitoba priority basis class?
