Time line for Permanent Residence application for Refugees

I cannot link my application , tried different methods. Also received pre arrival letter which means some progress but I cannot check it

call IRCC customer care and asked the office to transfer you to the PR card section. It’s best to call IRCC between 3pm and 3:30pm. It worked for me.

Ahh they made for you an account with temporary password? Or you just did it by yourself? , I did the account by myself and its now about a 23 days i didn't receive any email

Yes. I called IRCC to enquire about the card. The agent that answered offered to transfer my call to the section in charge of the PR cards production.

My card and that of my dependants were send separately. The first time I called they said mine was just mailed out while my son’s card was in production. Also the agent said they’ve not produced my wife’s card. On my second call, I was informed that while wife’s card was just mailed out. We received the last card around the 74th day.
Try and call IRCC between 3pm and 3:15pm. They sometimes open their lines around this time.

Thank you so much for your reply I received an email from Case processing center on 22 February 2022 they ask about photos of my family because the first photos not standard for PR card just they ask photos of my mom my sister and my brother they not ask my photo I’m nervous about my PR card do they send together my PR card with my family or they send is separate?
