I also submitted documents to Ankara VO 22 November. Since nothing heard from VO. Only todat pre arrival services letter.

Permanent Residence
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 10, 2019.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 26, 2019.
  3. We started processing your application on October 25, 2019.
  4. We sent you correspondence on March 19, 2020. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
  5. Medical results have been received.
  6. We sent you a letter on December 10, 2020. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

after long wait i received Email
we are pleased to advise you that processing has been completed ,, the IRCC OFFICE in Montreal will contact you regarding the finalization of your permanent resident application .
the overseas office in Cairo responsible for processing your family application
