ha!, it's hard not to like at least something they sell you at Tim Horton's. We're not coffee people but we go nonetheless for the pastries and such

Nope, it is in fact not that hard at all, lol. I walked into one once (on my way to Buffalo to get my visa, I think) for a breakfast sandwich at like 7 am and they wouldn't serve me because they ran out of eggs! I don't eat doughnuts and have very little interest in any kind of sweet pastries, esp. at breakfast. The bagel sandwich I had when I went with my parents was terrible. The only way I would go back is if I was just plain desperate.

My boyfriend has gotten me addicted to that place. I hate almost all coffee, but for some reason I actually like their coffee. Plus Starbucks (whose coffee is always watered down with ice, here in the Southern part of the US) can't get how to make a hot chocolate with a quarter of coffee in it right. ;)

lovely tim hortons i misss it so nice try once never go back

Is there a taste difference between the American Tim Horton's and the Canadian version? There's a Tim Horton's about 5 hours from my house, in a neighboring state (yes, I'm that insane), but I've never had American Timmy's, before. In fact, the idea seems almost taboo... isn't Timmy's part of being Canadian or living in Canada?

Hmm, is it only me that thinks "Tim bits" sounds like something nasty ???

That is a great commercial!

Sorry to say it guys but I don't like Timmies. I'll get my tea in the morning on the way to work but that's pretty much. I love bagels but try to stay away from starch where I can, love pastries but I get enough of those at work.

How do you know when you have eaten way too much food at Timmies?

You notice that your kids orbit around you in your personal gravity field.

I love Timmies, but restrict myself, since I find it hard to resist the doughnuts... (I NEED to restrict the consumption of doughnuts...)

Their Chili is awsome tho, almost as good as mine, but perhaps a twinge too salty.

Cheers
H.

Hal you would hate being at my work. There's aTims next store and everyone deems it necessary to bring donuts and Timbits for the crew daily. I usually can say no but not always with my sweet tooth.

Pharoh - I only tried the Cafe Mocha down here in NYC - it's so disgusting!!! It taste like chalf and they don't give you any whip cream! I just love my cafe mocha's from Timmies in Canada!

But the tim bits taste good! Gotta love those honey dip and chocolate tim bits!

I had a chicken wrap from Tim Horton's at the airport in Toronto, and got terrible diarrhea from it. I'm not gonna eat there again, at least not at the airport ;)

Too much information - I hope it was not before getting on a flight :)

In my 10+ trips up to Canada, I've never once had to go #2 on the plane. I can't imagine having to do that. *shudder*

I think it's prohibited, actually. Isn't there a sign that says "no solid waste"?
