OMG!!!! Congrats! now I'm just waiting to hear something from them too because our timelines are so similar!!! Awesome!!!!! :) :)
Same! As a rough anecdotal conclusion from the spreadsheet, it seems common law applications take a bit longer which is understandable given they need to make sure our relationships are kosher. Of course there are some exceptions to timescales but by and large, it seems to be so.

Quick Question: The ones who got their DMs this week. Did your ECAS highlight you went into Process till atleast a day before or was everything updated in one go?

Congrats! it's positive... they wouldn't deny an applicant without giving the chance to explain with an interview, so you're done!
Sweden
I do hope you are right. It's going to be a few sleepless nights until we know for sure.

There would almost certainly be a request for more information or an interview if there were still doubts.

Seriously not worth having sleepless nights about. Decision Made means approval and your COPR is on its way to you. You should be resting easy! Congratulations!

In genuinely suspicious cases, they will request more documents to prove your relationship and if still not satisfied they'd request an interview, as others have said. London also approves something like 95-98% of spousal sponsorship PR applications. It's "the when" that's an issue for most people, not "the if." :)

And a decision made for me too!

If it's of any interest to those in a similar situation, I had quite an extensive travel history, including extended periods in West Africa and the Middle East, but that didn't seem to hold things up (except for them requesting the travel history in the first place, as my background declaration mentioned I'd been travelling). While I spent more than 6 months in some countries, it was never consecutive, so a police certificate wasn't needed.

Best of luck to all those still waiting.

Mine went into process then changed to DM a week after the COPR was issued.

Congrats! as you're not on the spreadsheet, when did you send your app and when did you get sponsor approval out of interest?

Here's my info:

Married
Meds done shortly before applying in Nov 2012
Application received: 30 Nov 2012
File transferred: 27 Feb 2013 (Mississauga mislaid our file for a couple of months until we chased them up!)
Docs requested on 7 May 2013: family info, Quebec selection certificate, RPRF; all sent ASAP
In process: 14 May 2013
Further docs requested 30 May 2013: travel history, sent ASAP
Email on 10 July 2013 saying they were still waiting for the docs I'd sent in May (i.e. they'd lost them), so I resent them.
Decision made: 25 July 2013
