just to let you know - if you're visa-exempt, I don't think you will get an email at all. Most likely, the COPR will show up in the post (the day it turned decision made is usually the day it's posted, so if you're in the UK, it should be a couple of days, if you're in Canada, anywhere from 10 days to 2 weeks is standard), and that's it! But if you haven't been asked for more documents and you have a pretty straightforward case, then it's a positive decision ( they wouldn't refuse your PR without asking for more info).
